  1. I have two tricks to help me sleep: first, I try counting backward from 300 by fours or threes. Usually I don't even make it to one hundred before I'm out. If that doesn't work, I try meditation techniques: stilling my mind to just repeat one word (like "peace" or "stillness") over and over again. Usually that takes care of the sleeplessness for me :)

  2. I am a Diet Coke fan all the way!

  3. Spraying Lavender on my pillow before I go to sleep ahs helped me to relax and go to sleep faster. Also you will LOVE zions! I worked down there for a summer and couldn't get enough of it! If you don't have the baby with you I would do angels landing, the narrows and the Subway (by far my favorite)
