Kids Live Here + CIRCUS GIVEAWAY

9.18.2015

Life with children often feels like a circus. Extreme Thrills, Exotic Animals and Extraordinary Performers. Monumental messes, adventurous outings and non-stop energy. With this extreme lifestyle I'm constantly amazed at how quickly my house can go from clean to disaster zone. I know that someday all of these little messes won't happen around every corner, so I've been trying to capture some of the sweet little snippets of my life with children. I don't want to capture the big messes (because I don't think I will ever miss those) but rather the surprising placement of baby treasures. I guess I'm the ring-master of my own circus performers and I need to appreciate their performances. They truly are talented. I didn't stage these photos, I just tried to capture these spontaneous moments if I saw them happening. View a sneak peak at my daily circus below (Plus, don't miss the giveaway at the bottom!):

I have an especially fun giveaway for my Utah readers (or those who want to come for a quick visit). Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus XTREME is coming to EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake next week! They have shows September 24-28. I am giving away a family 4-pack of tickets to be redeemed on any one of those nights.

This giveaway will run until the 22nd, so I have enough time to contact the winner before the show!

And incase you just can't wait, I have a special discount offer just for you. Use Smith’s Tix Code: MOM for $5 off one of these performances: Friday 3:30pm & 7:00pm, Saturday 11:30am, Sunday 4:30pm, or Monday 7:00pm. Offer valid for $26 and $20 tickets only, limit 8 per order, valid online only with code, good through showtime, additional fees may apply.

  3. Aspen leaves her toys EVERYWHERE. But her beloved blankie is usually placed in her favorite spot on the couch.

*Also, I was going to buy tickets to the circus today so now I'm really hopeful we win!

  4. How serendipitous! We will be in Utah those dates! Luke hides his treasures in a dresser drawer- dried leaves, rocks, BB's and once, a live turtle. Eep.

  13. Our binkys usually end up under the couch. Ryans new favorite place is to stash then under his crib. He knows exactly where to find them.
