We're huge smoothie fans over here. I think my girls could have a smoothie for breakfast everyday and be totally happy about it. I love that they are tasty but also convenient and can be eaten on the go. I also love that the flavor combinations are endless. I wanted to share one of our recent favorite smoothie recipes, a delicious concoction with cereal blended right in!



STRAWBERRY AND HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 banana
5-6 strawberries (a handful will do)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Honey Roasted Honey Bunches of Oats
2 cups of ice (sometimes I'll use frozen fruit and skip the ice)
Splash of water (I like thick smoothies, adjust for your desired consistency)

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.

Easy as that! I throw them in sippy cups for my messy eaters and we're out the door in no time flat! Easiest breakfast ever.



I'm sure Reagan would love this recipe with Fruity Pebbles, and I'd be willing to bet that it's just as tasty with Great Grains too! I love buying Post cereal at Walmart because it is such a good value. Especially with all of the Back to School shopping it's great to know that you can save money while feeding your family.
