We had a bit of a crazy Thanksgiving this year. It was our year to spend Thanksgiving in Boise with Jordan's extended family. Our lodging fell through on Tuesday and we were planning on leaving on Wednesday so we had to figure out a new plan. We contemplated throwing in the towel and just staying home this year but decided it would still be worth the trip even if our plans were a bit hectic. We decided to stay in a hotel this year, but to save on money we ended up only staying one night. We woke up SUPER early Thursday morning and hit the road. We were pulling out of the driveway at 5:22. The roads were clear and we arrived in great time. As a result of our early morning though our girls were really tired in the afternoon and Naomi even took a little snooze on Grandma Martha's lap. We ate delicious food and the girls loved playing with their (second) cousins. One of the main objectives of Thanksgiving this year was to clean out Grandpa's shop. It was quite the event.
By the end of the day I realized that I had forgotten to take a picture of our girls in their cute Thanksgiving clothes but they were far too grouchy for a good picture, so below is what I got. And above was the preparation shot, Reagan nose-picking, and Naomi covering her ears, both with crazy hair and exhausted bodies.
