Naomi is TWO!

5.04.2017

Oh this girl! She turns two on Saturday and I'm completely shocked at how fast the past year has gone. I've been thinking for the last few days about this week two years ago. Having a baby is truly the best and happiest experience and the memories of my babies being born are my most favorite ones to recall. I'm not sure how to describe it, but Naomi seemed to just glide right into our life. (Where as Reagan completely rocked my world, in a good way but also a HUGE life changing way.) Naomi just seemed to join this family we already had in place.

Naomi is calm but also feisty, independent but cuddily, and sweet but also very opinionated. She is a binky fan and a sleep/nap lover. One of our favorite things that she does, which just about makes my heart burst, is when she exclaims, "Happy!" when she truly feels overjoyed. She also makes it clear when she is pleased with something by saying, "Like it [insert thing here]" (example: Like it ice cream, like it Papa Mike, like it juice). She says the ever adorable, "Hold you mama" when she wants to be held and loves to close every door in sight and won't be content until they are ALL closed. She sleeps 11-12 hours at night, depending on what time we put her to bed, and would happily take a 3 hour nap every day.

She is wearing 2T-3T clothes, has 10 teeth, and as I've mentioned previously LOVES to accessorize; rings, bracelets, necklaces, whatever she can find. She's still wearing diapers and I don't really have plans to potty train her for quite a while but we'll be taking away the binky within the next 6 months or so.

I'm so happy to celebrate the birth of this cute little girl!

^^Even balloons make great bracelets!

^^Live long and prosper? or 2 years old?

And I just have to include this one blooper because taking these pictures is always SO difficult!
