BEGIN 4th of July | Corina's Corner

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July this year. We started the day out with a breakfast at the park put on by our stake. The girls love any excuse to go to the park so they definitely enjoyed starting their holiday off at their favorite place. From there we headed to Jordan's parents for a BBQ for lunch. Before eating, the girls played in the sprinklers for a while and had the best time splashing around and playing in the water. Let's not forget to mention that it was a low of 78° this 4th, with the temps well into the 90s and 100s all day. We had to forgo our annual croquet game due to the heat but did have some fun playing cards instead.

That night we went to see America at Smith's Ballpark. No better way to celebrate America than listening to America, right? The whole evening was so laid back and perfect. The girls switched between sitting in the stands and on the grass and were so well behaved. And I LOVE a good fireworks show so I'm really glad we went.

^^Trying to get a picture of her cute fingernails ended up in a few rounds of peekaboo. Reagan, Naomi, and I spent some time Monday night painting our finger and toe nails red, white, and blue.
